R.A.I.S.E. is passionate about community. Our purpose is to impact the community through literacy. We believe basic skills knowledge and education increase employability, the building of effective social relationships while implementing education is important and will promote change. We are a unique staff, highly skilled and compassionate with various certified specialties and experience that will influence and empower lives. We are committed to developing a positive and enriching environment that offers resources and strategies for lifelong application.
Mission
Our mission is to partner with like agencies preparing and guiding the hard to serve populations toward success. We offer support to Foster Youth, and underemployed groups. Through the effort s of R.A.I.S.E. we are confident to engage participants, evoke hope and establish a relevant foundation of sufficient Workplace Literacy and Life Skills Management.

We will offer classes that include: Workforce Education Hospitality, Customer Relations , Computer Application, leadership workshops and other diverse supportive services. Services
R.A.I.S.E. (Reaching Achieving Inspiring Supporting Each Other) offers a suite of enriching programs aimed at fostering academic excellence, professional development, and personal growth. The STFL (Standing Tall For Literacy) program builds foundational skills in literacy and numeracy while promoting emotional intelligence and character development. This initiative targets improving students’ academic benchmarks, engagement, and problem-solving skills through activities that include number sense, reading, writing, and creative learning.

Tap In – Team Achievement Program Instruction:
TAP In (Team Achievement Program Instruction), tailored for 6th to 9th graders, focuses on personal development, behavioral health skills, and academic achievement, offering sessions on Fridays and Saturdays with flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of its participants.
WOW – Workforce Outreach & Wellness:
Lastly, the WOW (Workforce Outreach & Wellness) program provides adult education emphasizing professional relationship building, work readiness, and project management. It includes workshops on professional development, computer applications, and community outreach, all designed to enhance employment retention, computer literacy, and skills competency. These programs collectively support R.A.I.S.E.’s mission to empower individuals through education and community engagement, making a lasting impact on participants and their communities.
